Pretty tight game. SD was up 2-0 but almost gave up a tie like their first match vs. Lemky's High Elves. Before game started LC made a last minute switch and hired #8 The Surrey Rockit instead of #7 The Flaming Homo because the mini stood on Lee's shitty flocked board better. And the Rockit got rocked in the head with a rock before the game even started and died. Apoth was used to keep him in the game but the Dopes were scared for every hit from then on. And they somehow survived without taking another casualty despite the Marauders coach constantly fouling and hitting them.
Good game with back and forth failures in the second half.

Nice Weather, Gust of Wind, High Kick, Cheering Fans, Riot
Things were looking good for Da Goff Rockers early, BH'ing #4 (pm) in Turn 3, but the Phelegraean Marauders kept the pressure on and forced them to score by turn 5. #2 also used up a bribe when he was caught kicking #11 while he was down.
High Kick put the ball in Newton's hands and he was able to move down the left side, and then break through a hole in the defenses and move right downfield, and keep on his feet, stalling until turn 8, #6 is BH after tripping on a GFI turn 6, which cleared the way.
Things were back and forth with a few breakaways, but a failed long pass bounced into Ares's hands in 2 tackle zones, and he was able to dodge out and get the ball back downfield, made the pass but it wasn't caught.
#12 Medusa is able to blitz the last defender and pick up the ball with no rerolls to end PM's turn 7.
Riot and a good kick virtually ends Da Goff Rockers chances, especially when Droll falls on a GFI when trying to pick it up.

Rough game for the Slann, but against the Heathens, what else can you expect. T1 three frogs fly off the field. Heathens Blitz Game Over. Game Over starts an offensive drive with a weather change to Blizzard, then rolled a 1 for winnings to finish it of. But hey, NO PERMANENT INJURIES! WHEEEEE!

GR Inducements: 2 x Bloodweiser Babes; 1 Bribe
Events: 2 x Perfect Defence for the Elves, 1 Blitz for the Elves. Late-game Get the Ref.
Summary: Great game for the Elves. They just couldn't fail with the ball. Rockas dropped it again and again, and there was always some elf or another able to capitalize. Bold plays resulted in 6 TDs, with the Orcs just trying their best to put tackle zones on the ball. Rockas fouled for about half the game, taking out the Treeman (BH) as well as a Lineelf without the Ref ever interfering. Another 10K game for the Rockas is guaranteeing a slow start, but a third BOB has earned his first skill (Block), putting them in a better position to grind. Theoretically.

Good weather all game.
Odd game, pillow hands all night. Dwarves out ran the humans on a naked bootleg down the side for their TD. Coach Redman is still confused about how the dwarves did that.
Corporal Lebeau laughed and danced around the dwarves, Hypno gazing, guarding and fending everything in sight. Coach Gordon was not amused.
Then out of no where in this pillowfest '012, General Burkhalter murders star blocker Steve. After the game Burkhalter was quoted saying "Anyone with a name like that is just asking for it"
Following th match Mr Gordon purchased a new blocker and named him lil Stevie.

A game both coaches thought they should have won. The Marauders beat the snot out of the slann, and came from behind to tie it up.

VKC are home. Take Ripper (27), Bomber Dribblesnot (6) and 3 Bribes (15) for inducements. VKC elect to receive and score on their T4. Some extraordinary Bombardier-ing on ensuing SG drives lets VKC recover the ball and threaten to go ahead 2-0. However, some heroic Blitzing by SG Saurus Versatility puts an end to that. First half ends with Goblins up 1-0 with 14 players and all but 1 SW still in lineup. VKC come out all guns blazing in second half, playing all remaining SW. This prompts SG to score quickly (T10), thus causing the remaining SW to be shown the door by the ref. SG score two more defensive TD to end the game 3-1 Lizards. VKC buy 2 goblins at the end of the game.
A close and exciting game. Thanks for hosting Shawn!

Good weather... TO BURY DWARVES! Jon, you owe this man 2 Beers!
SJ induce Icepelt Hammerblow, Apothecary and a babe.

Beards opening block forces Jarls to use a wondering apoth to cure a broken neck to a badly hurt and keep him in the game, then the beards score on turn 4. This giving the Jarls time to take it in for a late td to tie it.
Second half was a blood bath for the Bad News Beards, for each norse that went in the KO bin, the Jarls put a dwarf in a coffin! The dwarves managed a turn 8 defencive td (2 turns of stalling) for the win, but at the expense of a few team mates.

Not only starting the season losing 4 players to Death and Injury but a loss of the first game 4-0, this seemingly has GoT looking forward to nothing but 'blue skies' for the rest of the season.
That said, they seem to be doing everything in pairs for League Standings.
First two games were lost by 4-0, followed by these Game Week II games being lost 2-0.
It is said, that the team cannot wait until Game Week III whereupon they will celebrate their first non-Loss of the season. A 0-0 Draw soon to be followed by another if this pairing up of game results holds.
When questioned about his team's dismal start, Coach Majyk chafed and barked, "I thought I was getting killers and instead they're turning into ponce Elven pansies wearing skirts, twigs and bark for armour!"
When cornered on their overwhelming take on Gate splits each game, it was said that, "everyone wants to watch a Steam Tank wreck!"
After the last game, GoT #12, War Hawk, decided to change sweater numbers, deciding on the number 5.
Head-butting the Journey-Gor that made the team as a replacement player - that was previously wearing the numbered jersey - to death, the blood-slicked accoutrement makes War Hawk look more Blood Bowl polished, now.
The Golems held a brief team bonding moment when they anointed one another in the collapsed Beastman's life's blood, welcoming new Warrior #2, Zeus, into the fold.

(Game records lost due to Coach shredding them in disgust.)
What little remains of witness testimony is that prima donna Beastman, Kit Fox, has now stolen three of the four MVP awards for his team's play.
"What can Kit Fox say besides, 'Kit Fox know how to dance out there(on the pitch)! I just wish Gor-mates would catch ball when Kit Fox throw ball.'"

The Friends of the Dark induced a miscellaneous mayhem card (badyear git) which did nothing. It wasn't needed as Weiramon SI upcoming star Bull Centaur Joe Hill on the first turn. This demoralized the Mephis Madhatters and they failed to score on thier first drive but did keep the ball from the Friends of the Dark.
The second half had the Friends up men and their was little the Madhatters could do as the Friends scored twice.
